Chain link galvanized steel base plates are most commonly used for mounting posts to a flat surface. Simply cut chain link post to desired height and weld to plate. Plates are punched with a 5/8" hole in all four corners for fasteners. 1/4" Thickness. Galvanized plates are also handy for truck racks, trailer work, bridge fencing, gate seam plates, and shims.
